Icon sale starts July 3

The annual icon sale for Freedom Honor Flight kicks off July 3 at four Festival Foods locations. The icons, which can be purchased for either $1 or $5, help raise funds to take area veterans to see the memorials in their honor in Washington DC. The start of the sale coincides with Independence Day to emphasize the importance of veterans in safeguarding our freedoms. Icons will be available through July 17.

Eligible veterans take the flight free of charge, thanks to generous donors and fundraisers such as the icon sale. Get your icon today to support Freedom Honor Flight!
